You've Outgrown DIY.
It's Time to Build with an Architect.

A 10-week private engagement where we design, build, and prepare to launch your complete retreat ecosystem — grounded in the Transformation Arc and tailored to your business.

Most creators are stuck between "good enough" and "great."

You've taken the quizzes. Maybe you've worked through a self-paced studio. Maybe you've even attended a cohort. You have the vision — and you know your work creates real transformation. But building a complete, scalable retreat ecosystem is a different challenge entirely. It requires sustained expert partnership, not a weekend intensive or a template you fill in alone. The gap between where you are and where you want to be isn't a knowledge problem. It's an architecture problem — and it requires an architect.

Everything You Need to Launch with Confidence

1

Complete retreat design grounded in the Transformation Arc

Your entire participant journey mapped to the 6 psychological phases, with facilitation notes for every session. Not a skeleton — a complete operational design ready to deliver.

2

Financial modeling and pricing strategy

Revenue projections, pricing tiers, break-even analysis, and capacity planning so you launch with financial clarity, not hope. You'll know exactly what it takes to make this profitable from day one.

3

Facilitation design and participant journey mapping

From first touchpoint to 90-day follow-up, every moment your participants experience is intentionally designed. Pre-retreat rituals, opening sequences, integration practices — all of it mapped and documented.

4

Marketing and launch plan

A 12-week launch strategy with messaging, positioning, and audience activation built around your existing platform. You won't be guessing what to post — you'll have a complete playbook.

5

Post-retreat ecosystem architecture

Upsells, follow-up programs, retention pathways, and recurring revenue streams that turn a single retreat into a business. Because the real leverage isn't the retreat — it's what comes after.

What a Typical Week Looks Like

  • 1 × 90-minute strategy session Live video call with Ryan. Each session has a clear agenda and produces a concrete outcome — decisions made, deliverables reviewed, next steps confirmed.
  • Async feedback on deliverables within 24 hours Send drafts, questions, or work-in-progress at any time. Detailed written or Loom video feedback returned within one business day.
  • Access to the TLW framework library and templates Full access to the Transformation Arc framework, participant journey templates, financial modeling tools, and facilitation design guides built from 7+ years of retreat work.
  • Weekly progress checkpoint email A brief summary of what was completed, what's next, and any decisions or open questions. You always know exactly where things stand.
  • Ad-hoc support via email for time-sensitive questions Things come up. When they do, you can reach out directly. This isn't a locked course — it's an active partnership.

Three Phases. Ten Weeks. One Complete Ecosystem.

1

Phase 1 — Weeks 1–3

Architecture

We start with your vision and reverse-engineer the retreat that delivers on it. Transformation promise definition, participant journey mapping, emotional arc design, and business model validation. By Week 3, you have the architectural blueprint — every key decision made, every major element defined. Nothing left vague.

2

Phase 2 — Weeks 4–7

Build

The core build phase. Facilitation design for every session, content development, financial modeling with multiple revenue scenarios, and a complete marketing strategy with a 12-week launch timeline. Weekly deliverable reviews ensure nothing falls through the cracks — and nothing is left half-finished. You leave Phase 2 with every major component built and reviewed.

3

Phase 3 — Weeks 8–10

Launch Prep

Materials review and refinement, dry runs of key facilitation moments, pre-launch optimization across messaging and offer structure, and a comprehensive launch checklist covering every step from announcement to first day on-site. You end Week 10 with everything you need to confidently announce, sell, and deliver — and a strategic partner you can return to when you're ready to scale.
